Pickled Pink Onion Dog!

Try our Pickled Pink Onions on a hot dog!

Try it with your choice of dog, melted white cheddar cheese sauce, mustard, jalapenos, pickled pinks, and some freshly cracked pepper on a brioche hot dog bun.

Ingredients

Melted cheddar cheese sauce:

- 2 Tbsp. butter

- 2 Tbsp. flour

- 2 Cups of milk

- 2 Cups of shredded white cheddar cheese

Hot Dog:

- Sausage of choice

- Melted white cheddar cheese sauce

- Pickled Pink Onions

- Jalapenos

- Freshly cracked pepper

- Brioche hot dog buns

Instructions

Melted white cheddar cheese sauce:

1. In a medium sauce pan, melt the butter.

2. Add flour and stir to form a paste

3. Slowly stir in milk, and heat until sauce thickens.

4. Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese.

Hot Dog:

1. Grill sausage of choice

2. Toast brioche hot dog bun

3. Drizzle hot dog bun with yellow mustard

4. Add the sausage

5. Top with melted cheddar cheese sauce

6. Top with Jalapenos, Pickled Pink Onions and freshly cracked pepper.
