This festive baked brie is so so tasty and comes together in just minutes!
1 cup Toasted Hazelnuts, chopped
1/2 jar Spicy Pickled Pink Onions, chipped
1 TBSP Fresh Thyme, chopped
Flakey sea salt
Preheat oven to 350 F
Score 5 -6 lines into the top of the brie, making sure not to cut all the way through. Rotate the brie and score again creating a diamond/square pattern.
In a bowl, mix together hazelnutes, spicy pickled pink onions, and fresh thyme.
Place the scored brie into an oven safe dish, and top with the hazelnut mixture. Top with a generous drizzle of honey and flakey sea salt.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until brie is ooey gooey and bubbling.
