Prosciutto and Mozzarella Flat Bread

Pickled Pink Onions add a bright pop of acidity this otherwise savory and delicious dish!


For the Flat Bread:

- Home made flat bread recipe or Stone Fire Flat Bread

- 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- 2 Cloves of Garlic, minced

- Prosciutto

- Mozzarella

For Topping the Flat Bread:

- Arugula

- Pickled Pink Onions

- Maldon Salt

- Pepper

- Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  1. Preheat oven to 475 F..

  2. Combine evoo and minced garlic in a bowl. Let the mixture sit for about 30 minutes to infuse.

  3. Prepare home made pizza dough, or unpack Stone Fire Flat Bread pizza dough.

  4. Brush pizza dough with the garlic infused evoo mixture.

  5. Top the flat bread with prosciutto and mozzarella

  6. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

  7. Top the flat bread with Arugula, Pickled Pink Onions, Maldon Salt, Pepper, and drizzle with evoo.
